Outsource Contracts

Outsource Contracts

Outsource Contracts are between two parties, a supplier and a client. Both parties have expectations of the contract.

It is possible that one or other party has previous experience of measuring outsource contracts. Both parties need this experience if distrust is not to be sown in what was a good business relationship.

Lalcrest can help either or both parties specify what they expect from the contract and then check that the other party is meeting those expectations.

Specifying Expectations

Lalcrest has extensive experience of specifying expectations including:

  • What is the purpose of the contract?
  • How are the purpose and benefits to be measured?
  • What are reasonable targets?
  • What is the baseline for the contract?
  • What variation is there in the baseline?
  • What drives the variation in the baseline?

Meeting Expectations

Lalcrest has extensive experience of tracking performance against targets including:

  • What is the current performance against contract?
  • How does performance compare against the baseline for the contract?
  • What variation is there in the performance?
  • What drives the variation in the performance?
